What is the purpose of life?
To live.
It’s so simple that it’s actually very difficult. Honoring life is our first purpose yet we often fail to get our priorities in order.
It’s ok to fail. I think it’s even expected if you’re going to really live. You have to show up everyday and be concious, present.
That’s why kids are so awesome: they live in the present and they give it their full attention.
The developing psyche is completely immersed in the present moment. Captain
As adults, we may need to remind this to ourselves. Every day. Every hour. Every time we feel we’re moving away from the present moment and letting our minds take us on trips to the past (potential depression) or the future (potential anxiety).
So my purpose is to live. I may expand on why next time.
